Capitals Restaurant welcomes Winemakers from around the world and unveils tantalizing pairings of wine and fare. Executive Chef David O'Connor and his team have been busy preparing mouth-watering recipes to accompany the many wines being featured on a monthly basis. Working with only the freshest local and international ingredients, they have perfected the art of matching food and wine.
